I believe a lot in call it serendipity, fate, kismet whatever. I believe as long as you put yourself out there and open yourself up to the possibilities of new ideas and concepts wonderful things can happen.

Recruiting for GoodAbout two months ago I attended a seminar sponsored by the Adventure Travel Trade Association of which I am a member. While there I happened to sit behind a guy named Carlos Cymerman and don’t ask me how (knowing him now as I do it was probably because Carlos just started talking to me) but we got to talking. There was an instant rapport. Carlos is the founder of Recruiting for Good; that has been serving the community, connecting talented professionals to great jobs since 1998

Carlos explained to me that he had designed a concept where people could travel for free. Needless to say I was intrigued, especially since Carlos is one of those people you instantly like. And the more you get to know him, the more you like him.

His mission is to inspire and help people make a difference. And he is doing so by using his recruiting company to fund and reward people who are doing good in the community.

Recruiting is a business service that generates proceeds by finding qualified and talented professionals for companies. He has been using recruiting for good since 1998 to find people great jobs, and has been successful because of referrals. In an effort to give back to the community, he is rewarding people who make a difference with free travel. To qualify for funding free travel you simply have to;

  1. Introduce your contacts (people who are looking for work or people who are decision makers at companies).
  2. Carlos then uses recruiting on your behalf to raise funds and sponsor free travel.
  3. You get to share free travel and make a difference with your family, and your friends!

How Easy Is That!

To launch this mission to reward free travel to good people; Carlos is funding 100 Safari adventures for 2014. As Carlos says he wants to “help people locally travel globally.”

Carlos and I have joined forces and he is going to provide the funding and I am going to provide the incredible experiences. I have designed several itineraries for Carlos and our goal for next year is to give people a “bucket list” experience in Africa at no cost to them.

Intrigued? You should be. Check out Carlos’s video. You can reach out to Carlos at carlos@recruitingforgood.com or check out his web site at www.recrutingforgood.com.

And if you do want to go one of the benefits of the program is you can make a difference by paying forward your safari to anyone you like.

Put yourself out there. Open yourself up to new possibilities. Wonderful things can and will happen – including experiencing a safari in Africa.
