I Have A Zippy Adventure At The Adventure Travel Show

I enjoy going to the Adventure Travel Shows. It is a lot of fun talking to people about Africa and their plans on going on Safari.

At each of the shows there are always activities for attendees to participate in. This past weekend I was at the Bay Area Adventure Travel Show. At that show they had Segway rides and a zip line.

I am always a bit frustrated because there is never time during the show to try these things out. I am always up for something new so on Sunday before the show opened I asked the zip line guys if I could have a quick zip down the line. They graciously said yes.

Up I went on the cherry picker and hooked myself into the line. And while not the same as flying above the canopy in Costa Rica it was a fun way to start the day!
