Let’s Live A Passionate Life Like Steve Jobs

I did not know Steve Jobs. But as I woke up this morning and turned on my MAC laptop computer and read his obit it struck me as amazing the effect he has had on my life.

I use a mouse to click on things. My wife and I both have Apple computers. I listen to music on my IPod. I get my music from ITunes. I have photos on IPhoto. No I don’t have an IPhone (not yet) but my BB is using similar features to try and compete. How amazing and wonderful to have that kind of impact on the world.

We must all live passionate lives as he did. As I was watching the news last night I saw part of a commencement speech he gave at Stanford University where he said “If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am about to do today?” And whenever the answer has been “No” for too many days in a row, I know I need to change something.” Let’s all look in the mirror and ask that question. And if the answer is no – well let’s change something.
